What are your file requirements?

– Submit WAV or AIFF files at 44.1, 48, 88.2, or 96 kHz; 16/24 or 32 bit.
– Clearly name and number your tracks (eg. 01_Kick, 02_Snare, etc.)
– Keep tracks dry (without any processing or effects) unless they were recorded that way or the processing is an integral part of the sound.
– Print all MIDI tracks as audio files.
– Bounce your multi-tracks from the beginning of the song.
– Please avoid any audio clipping if possible.

* We do not accept DAW session files (Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton, etc.).
** Mixes are done in 44.1 kHz. Higher sample rate audio files will be converted using high-quality SRC algorithms.

 

Do you offer pitch and timing corrections?

Sorry, but we do not offer these services at this time.

How do I transfer my files?

File uploads and downloads are performed via WeTransfer. Be sure to place all audio files in a single zipped folder. If you are unsure how to create a zip folder click here if you use Windows or here if you use macOS.

 

How many revisions do I get?

We provide up to 2 revisions. Please be as detailed as possible with your revision notes.

 

What is your turnaround time?

Once the mix is accepted, it will typically be completed within 3-5 days. If your project is time-sensitive, let us know your deadline and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.

 

What do I get (deliverables)?

You will receive one 24-bit stereo Wav file at 44.1 kHz. We can also create a cappella, instrumental, backing/live versions of your mix at your request.
